Motional Intelligence (MO)

Motional Intelligence (MO) is an exercise program based on current research findings about brain plasticity. Studies in neuroscience suggest that movement can engage your brain in powerful ways! It can provide increased memory, improved focus, (concentration) and expanded creativity. MO stimulates your brain with novel ways of moving that are exploratory and generative.

MO is designed to be accessible to all fitness levels. You will develop new degrees of flexibility, balance, strength, and endurance all while engaging with your body in positive ways. MO also offers a joyful spiritual element with blessings for yourself, and others woven into your workout. The best part is that there are no mistakes, only opportunities for your brain, body, spirit, and community to grow!
