Announcements

1. We are currently collecting school supplies for Garfield Elementary. If you would like to participate, there is a list of needed supplies on the table outside the office. When you bring supplies to church to donate, they can also be placed on that table. We will collect items through Sunday, August 31st, and then deliver them the first week of September.

2. This Tuesday is our monthly meal at Camp Hope. If you signed up to bring food, you can drop it off on Monday or Tuesday before 2 PM. Click here to see the list of those who signed up for meal ingredients.

3. On Wednesday, our Religious Trauma Support group will be meeting at 6:30 PM in the library.

4. This coming Friday and Saturday, we will be hosting the Pathways to Hope conference for NAMI. This is a national event that we will be streaming with speakers who explore the intersections of faith and mental health. In the afternoon, there will be local breakout sessions that you can attend. This is a free event, but registration is required. If you are interested in attending, you can register online by clicking here

5. Starting this Friday, we will be providing meals for David and Kathy Helseth on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. If you would like to sign up for open dates for the first few weeks, you can click here or contact me or Dawn, and we will help to get you on the schedule.

6. Today in my message, I talked about my Enneagram type. I shared that I would be teaching a class this fall about the Enneagram and all of the different ways that this system can be helpful in relationships, communication, and conflict resolution. In order to make this class as accessible as possible for everyone, I will be leading it on Zoom on Sunday nights at 7 PM starting on September 7th. If you are interested in participating, you can click here to register
