Englewood Sunday Follow-Up Email
Hello everyone! Today was a great day to gather at Englewood. We were able to worship together, laugh together, celebrate birthdays together, and enjoy time together!

Announcements
1. Next Sunday is our Congregational Meeting after our weekly worship service. We will be voting to approve our Wide Welcome statement as well as sharing some updates about our building and upcoming events this summer.
Last week, we shared who is able to vote in this meeting. If you are still curious, you can see what was shared last week by clicking here.

If you are not able to join the meeting next week, you can vote early in the church office all this week and a digital voting link will be sent out NEXT Sunday in the follow up email!

2. Following the meeting next week, we will have a potluck picnic in the back of the church!!!! Bring a dish to share and plan to join us for a little different way of connecting together!
3. Englewood will be participating in Yakima Pride on Saturday, June 21st. You can register to walk in the parade with us or help out at our booth by clicking here. If you have any questions about this community connection, please reach out to me!
4. We have created several new Englewood T-Shirts!!!! The first one that is available first is this design below to celebrate our Wide Welcome Initiative. We are having 50 of these shirts printed locally so that those who want to wear them to Pride can have them. The cost for these locally printed ones will be $18 each. You can reserve a shirt for yourself and your family by clicking here.
In July, we will have this shirt and several others that will be available on our website through an online store that we have set up where you can get shirts, coffee cups, bags, and more. All the proceeds from these purchases will go to support our Englewood Cares Fund. We will share the link with you in July when that store is live.
5. Today in my sermon, I shared about the Community Mapping Project that our staff is doing right now. I told everyone that I would share the link in the email today so that you can make your voice heard as well about the needs that you see in our community. Click here to complete this short survey.
6. If you are interested in signing up to help make and/or serve the meal at Camp Hope this month, please reach out to me or Kathy Schultz to get signed up. Information about needed ingredients is on the welcome desk as well.
Joys and Concerns
We have serval Englewood members who are traveling this week. Be thinking of them for safety and smooth trips.
Continue to hold Kathy Helseth in your thoughts and prayers as she nears the end of this first round of treatment and awaits her MRI in early July.
Continue to hold Ronnie Grey in your heart and prayers. He is continuing to recover back here in Yakima at Good Samaritan.
There are several in our faith community fighting illness and injury as well, please be thinking of them this week as well.
