11-2-25 Announcements
Today was a busy Sunday at Englewood!
We explored the story of the Good Samaritan in our worship service. Following the service, we enjoyed our monthly potluck and our new connections lunch!
If you were not able to join us in person this week for our worship service, you can watch the recorded service below:

Supporting our Neighbors
Many of our neighbors are in need due to the Supplemental Nutritional Support Program (SNAP) not being funded at this time.
There has been a court ruling ordering the Federal government to fund this critical support; however, there are appeals going on that continue to cause delays to this support for those in need.
As we announced last week, we have begun stocking our small blessing box in front of our building with easy-to-eat foods and snacks for neighbors in need.
We are also continuing to collect food to donate to our local food pantries each Sunday this month.
Finally, we have purchased five $100 gift cards for grocery support using funds from our ECC Cares Fund. At this point, we have already had five people reach out for support.
If you would like to help sponsor a grocery gift card, you can give a gift of any size by selecting the ECC Cares fund on our giving site. You can access that site and make a gift online using the blue button below.
