Today we dove deeper into our July theme, "History," by discussing the historic harms of the American church.

We briefly explored seven events and how religion was used to justify harm in our nation's history.

We contrasted these historical events with our scripture for today, Matthew 28:16-20, which is traditionally called the "Great Commission."
