Adult Class Schedule

Tuesday, February 7th, 7:00-8:30pm

Susu-Egyptian Tabla/Doumbek, North African Rhythms

We will cover a variety of rhythms commonly used in North African popular and folkloric traditions which may include Algerian, Tunisian, Moroccan, Libyan and Egyptian.  No experience is required.  We will warm up, learn basic technique for creating clear sounds, do drills and end with a rhythmic journey through parts of North Africa.

After School Drum Camp is a community partnership between Englewood Christian Church, Garfield Elementary School and Gilbert Elementary School.
